2.    Boil the milk on high heat and when the water separates, cook. Take it off and    put two to three cups of ice cold water in it.

3.    After keeping it in a cool place for five to seven minutes, when it is completely cool, put it in a muslin cloth and hang it. When the cheese is well dried, place it on a smooth surface and knead it with the palms.

5. Knead until the cheese grains are gone, then make small balls of it.

6.    Add two and a half cups of water to the sugar and dissolve it. Grind cardamom in it. Let it cook on medium heat.


7.    When the syrup comes to a boil, cover it with prepared cheese balls and cook on medium heat.

8.    Open the lid every two to three minutes in between so that Do not come out of the boiling pan.

9.    After cooking for 10 to 12 minutes, when the juice becomes soggy, take it off the stove and add rose liqueur.
